With a Masters Degree in Education and a Micro Masters Degree in Instructional Design from the University of Maryland, I have been an educator and instructional designer for over 15 years.  My experiences throughout the years have allowed me to grow and build on knowledge specific to traditional and online learning methodologies,  professional mentoring programs, and instructional design.
